Anniversary Card with Tiddly Inks

I needed a perfect image for my parents' anniversary coming just after Christmas so chose Tiddly Inks Garden Wedding.  Love colouring up these images and so glad I have time again in my life that I can just colour for fun.

Coloured with my trusty Copics and decorated with old, retired Christmas (shhhh, don't tell my parents 😉) paper and dies from my stash.

I'm looking forward to being able to colour up more Tiddly Inks images and glad that I'll still be able to... 1) 'cause I've got quite a few in my "arsenal" now haha  (and of course most of 'em are printed and ready to colour) and 2) much as Christy is closing her large website, she's not going anywhere.  There will still be an awesome FB group and some of the favourite images will be moved to a smaller Etsy store and will be added to from time to time.

There is one last challenge on the blog so I thought I'd enter this card.

Hope my parents like the card.

Ice Hockey

Here is a card I made for a friend who loves hockey.  Wait... I love hockey and am always on the search for a good hockey image I can colour up and this one was just perfect!

Coloured with my copics of course.  Papers are digital papers purchased on Etsy

Image is from The Paper Shelter and called Ice Hockey.

I am entering this in the Christmas Break - Anything Goes Challenge at The Paper Shelter.

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day!

I can post the card now that my husband has received it!

When I saw this image I knew it "needed" to be monochromatic with a touch of colour :-) .  So here is Bugaboo Stamps, Love Monsters on a very big card (full sheet of cardstock scored in half).

Coloured with copics.

I am entering it into the "Love is in the air" challenge on the Catch the Bug Challenge Blog.

Thanks for looking!

Peppermint Betty

This pretty image is Peppermint Betty, the February Progressive Challenge at SBS Friends Facebook Group.

The challenge was to use at least two decorative papers (see those two little pieces lol?  I really didn't want to detract from the cute image), the sentiment, an embellishment and NO red.  Ohmigawd how hard was it to not colour Candy Canes with the traditional red?!  I started out thinking I'd go monochromatic with the Warm Greys and maybe a pop of colour (the Candy Canes and maybe the heart) but... I got sidetracked lol.  I like the blue and green combination but totally not what I'd originally intended.  Might have to play again :-).

Thanks for looking!

Bugaboo Celebrates their 9th Anniversary

Bugaboo is celebrating 9 years in business with a week long "party" and challenge.

Day 5 is "Make us Laugh" and well, I'm not sure this card will do that but this little Birthday Monster is sure to make you smile.

I've created a very CAS never-ending card with the image (I coloured earlier in the week but just haven't been able to make it into a project).  I still might embellish it some more but just couldn't make the time today.

You can see the challenge post and links to the daily challenges here.

Coloured with copics.
