The Paper Crafting Support Group on Facebook is having a special fundraiser event called "Coloring for Cleanwater". Many, many sponsors (artists and stores/companies) have donated prizes for the weekend event.
Mitzi of Aurora Wings created and donated a beautiful digital stamp for this event, Starfish Mermaid. I HAD to have her lol. You can get your own Starfish Mermaid with a minimum donation of $3.00 to the Coloring for Clean Water crowd-funding site at https://www.youcaring.com/starfish-fundraising-409751 . Your donations go to a very worthy cause of helping Ethopians gain access to valuable drinking water. There are also many other gorgeous digis to choose with your donation.

Sassy Studios
I've been a busy GDT (guest designer) this month.
If you're not following the Sassy Studio Designs blog or the Facebook Group you may be missing out ;-). Flashback Fridays, Dare to be Sassy Thursdays, monthly Progressive Challenge on FB, more challenges (monochromatic and more upcoming on the SSD blog as well as other papercraft blogs/groups). I've got a couple more designs in the works and one completed but "in waiting" ;-). The "lady in waiting" will post tomorrow so stay tuned.

Flashback Friday at Sassy Studio Designs
As Guest Designer on the Sassy Studio Designs team I've coloured up Mermaid Mandy for this week's Flashback Friday.
Are you sensing a theme here lol? It's all about water play this month!
I've used a Sea Floor background from Make It Crafty and found a colouring page on the internet with a little fish that I merged with the background.
Coloured with Copics. Supplies are Stampin' Up and the dew drops are from my "stash".
You can see the projects the rest of the team created here and you can buy the image at a special discount here.

Flashback Friday - Syrena Pirate's Mermaid
I am so honoured to be a GDT (Guest Designer) on the Sassy Studios Design Facebook Group this month. Gonna be up to a whole lotta mischief and enabling lol. You are definitely going to want to pick-up some (or ALL) of the designs being featured this month. Love 'em! (said in a sing-songy voice)
So every Friday, the Design Team showcases a feature digi that is available for a limited time at a very special price. This week, for Flashback Friday, we are featuring Syrena, the Pirate's Mermaid. I decided to design with a monochromatic colour palette. I coloured her with Copics of course and used all BG's (other than her skin).
You can get her here (and why not create a project with her and enter one of our Dare to be Sassy Thursday challenges?)
You can see what the rest of the team has done here.
Copics used: BG0000, BG000, BG01, BG02, BG05, BG32, BG34, BG57 and some colourless blender "0"
Supplies are from my stash - Stampin' Up cardstock, embossing folder, baker's twine, greeting and dewdrops from I don't know where lol.
P.S. if you missed my Progressive Challenge project using Pina Colada Sassy, scroll down to the previous post. This is a progressive challenge on the Facebook Group for the month of August.

Sassy Studios Facebook Progressive Challenge
This month it's Pina Colada Sassy. The hardest part I have for "a digi" (or any stamped image) is... what to create with it lol. This time I took one look at the image and thought "girls night out" or Bachelorette party! So... before I'd even coloured up the image, I created the card base. I redrew (is that a word lol?) a corset shape I'd found online a few years ago as it is in a pdf format and I needed to enlarge it for a 5" x 7" card size. I typed out and printed Cyndi Lauper's song title onto vellum for a banner (try to get that song outta your head now... you're welcome lol ;-) ).
So I coloured her up with Copics (a given lol) and all the embellishments and papers are from my stash (the paper is a long ago "Daisy Bucket" paper).
I "won" the Sassy Studio Designs Guest D.T. this month (they liked my Eternal Love card) so hoping to put up some more eye candy for you. You know my middle name is "enabler" right ;-) ?
